Meet Deb!

Hello, my name is Deb Kolb and I am the new Program Director for Griffin’s Place!  Prior to Griffin’s Place I gained over a decade of experience with such roles as a Nursing Home Administrator for Post Acute Rehab and Executive Director for Memory Care communities in the area. My work with patients across diverse physical, emotional, and behavioral health needs built a strong foundation in adapting to individual needs, advocating for person-centered care, and connecting people with the resources that support their well-being. 

At Griffin’s Place, my goal is to combine this background with my passion for creating opportunities that foster independence, dignity, and community engagement.

I am beyond thrilled to have found this position that will allow me to be a resource in our community.  In my down time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children and dogs. As a family we love attending Beaver football games, going to concerts, and boating.  I look forward to meeting new faces at our upcoming events!
